Fish Baked in a classic style

Ingredients:

  • 1 Fish that can be sea bass, bream, snapper, bream, pandora … (The one we like or is better value or cooler ) about 2 kg.
  • 1.5 kg of potatoes.
  • ½ kg of green pepper.
  • 2 large tomatoes .
  • 3 large onions.
  • 1 glass of Vino Especial para Cocinar “El Guiso”.
  • 1 glass of water.
  • Black peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, salt and extra virgin oil.

Preparation:

In a baking tray , put the vegetables into slices and the rest of the ingredients except the fish, with half a glass of olive oil. Put in the oven that we will preheated 10 minutes A 170 º as they are half done ( about 15 minutes) , we put the fish that we seasoned inside and out, with a little oil on top, leaving bake all together another 20 or 25 minutes plus , watering occasionally with bouillon, until we see that the fish is well done . If we see that we ran out of stock, you can add a glass of water and Vino Especial para Cocinar “El Guiso” equally.

Note:

The fish should be done but not dry. It is important to see that the meat is well separated from the backbone , but appears juicy .
