Hake on background of ratatouille

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 Hake.
  • 3 cloves garlic.
  • 1 can of Sofrito Natural “El Guiso” 420 grs.
  • 1 Can of Tomate Frito “El Guiso” from 210 grs.
  • ½ glass of Vino para Cocinar “El Guiso”.
  • Sal.

Preparation:
